Remote Delegate
Total amount due at registration. Does not include lodge patches but you will have the opportunity to purchase patch sets. Remote delegates are individuals who are unable to attend the conference in person. Remote delegates experience live-streaming of certain shows and training sessions, a patch, and other remote delegate-only activities. Remote delegates register on their own to attend via NOAERS.

July 29, 2024 – August 3, 2024, University of Colorado – Boulder (UC).

NOAC is an event that is similar to National Jamboree, but exclusively for OA members. We will stay in the UC dormitories and meals will be served in the student dining facilities.

Fun and exciting activities include the following: Dancing and Ceremony competitions; patch trading; campus-wide games; meeting National officers; lodge, section, and regional festivals; and theme shows. Training sessions focus on OA Lodge operations, leadership, high adventure, and Native American traditions and culture.

This is the first time the conference has been held at UC and 36 years since the last time the conference was in the western US.

There are 3 registration options available:

In-person with transportation- $1400*
Registration is currently open for in-person registration with travel at https://www.iacbsa.org/OA-NOAC. Final Payment is due June 1, 2024. This option includes airfare to and from Denver (MSY-DEN), shuttle transportation to the event, event fees, lodge-specific NOAC gear, and 2 delegate patch sets. This does not include the cost of food en route or spending money. Trading patch sets will be available for purchase at a later date. There will be a $50 discount if $700 is paid by January 15th. Any excess funds from NOAC will be reimbursed to the scouts after the event.

In-Person without Transportation - $900
You must provide your own transportation to and from the event. Final Payment is due June 1, 2024. This option includes event fees, lodge-specific NOAC gear, and 2 participant patch sets. Trading patch sets will be available for purchase at a later date. There will be a $50 discount if $700 is paid by January 15th. This option is only available with approval from the Adult Contingent Leader and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Any excess funds from NOAC will be reimbursed to the scouts after the event.

Conference Staff
Conference youth and adult staff are volunteers who will assist in executing the conference program. Conference staff must apply and be appointed to a staff position by a conference committee lead adviser. Conference staff apply and register to attend via NOAERS. Applicants not selected for a staff position are encouraged to attend as contingent or individual delegates.

Individual Delegate - $675
Individual delegates attend the conference on their own, not as part of a contingent, and participate in the conference program. Individual delegates must be at least 21 years of age. Individual delegates register on their own to attend via NOAERS. There will be a $50 discount if registered before February 2nd.

There is a possible optional pre-trip. We are currently working on the details. Look for additional communications in mid-October 2023.

NOTE: We will be making group reservations for flights through Southwest Airlines at the end of October. The lodge will secure flights for everyone with at least a $200 deposit in their NOAC account. Flight prices may increase after November 1st and an increase in flight cost will be reflected in participant fees.
