Nashoba Cub Family Campout
Focus of Cub Family Campout 2023
Cub Family Campout 2023 is to offer the Packs an opportunity to camp as a unit. Most youths join Cub Scouting because of the outdoor activities. Youth in this age group have a natural curiosity about their surroundings, especially the world out of doors. Introducing these youth to the fun and adventure of Scouting in the outdoors will benefit them as they mature through the program. Their participation and enthusiasm will grow for continuing in the program into Scouting and beyond.
Cub Family Campout Overview:
- Registration is all online by unit this year.
- The Registration Fees are $20/Scout and $10/adult and $10/sibling(s) who are over 5 years old and are not registered scouts. Siblings who are 5 years old and under are free.
- Registration closes on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 11:59 pm.
- No meals will be provided, your unit is responsible for all meals.
- Fees can be paid online with a Debit Card or Electronic Check (this is the preferred way).
- Some bathroom facilities will be designated “Female Only”.

Adult Training Opportunity
Please note, we will be holding a Position Specific Training for Cubmaster/Asst Cubmaster, Den Leader, and Committee Chair/Member during the Cub Family Campout. This training will be facilitated by Tom Glass. The Pre-Travel Screening Checklist along with the Annual Health and Medical forms must be printed out, completed, and brought to the event for each person.
