Cub Haunted Weekend

All of the werewolves and witches cannot believe it is already time for Cub Haunted!

Join us October 25-27 for a fun filled weekend at Avondale Scout Reservation which includes:

  • Dr. Frankenstein's STEM Lab

  • Face Painting

  • Cub Carnival

  • Haunted Trail

  • BB Guns, Archery & Wrist Rockets

  • And so much more!!

This event is part of the Adventure Pass and is included in the Adventure Pass Fee.  Just register under "Adventure Pass" with Rank for Youth or Adult, as applicable.  

Fees:

  • This event is part of the Adventure Pass and is included in the Adventure Pass Fee.  Just register under "Adventure Pass" with Rank for Youth (to include Adults accompanying them to the event.)
  • For youth/families that do not have the Adventure Pass yet, pay for only for the first 3 participants of this cub event ($60 total), so when each individual is registered, please make sure to click carefully to be charged correctly.  To do this, fill out the name and information for 3 family members with a $20 fee.  For the next 3 family members use the Rank selection marked Free. 
  • Each Adventure Pass member or paying Scout will receive a 2024 Cub Haunted Patch.

Registration fee will increase of $10 per participant ($30 total) from October 6, 2023 through October 18, 2024.  NOTE: This includes Adventure Pass members too.

Registrations will be corrected if not charged properly.  Please note that youth must have an accompanying adult registered to attend this event.  Individual youth reservations are not allowed.  Our pricing program is geared for families up to 6 in total.  Please contact info@iacbsa.org if you have registration questions or a family larger than 6 participants.

Registrations include grab and go breakfast for Sunday.  There will be Saturday lunch and Saturday dinner options available for purchase:

  • Lunch ($7.00 per ticket) - 2 Hot Dogs, Chips, and a Drink (Bug Juice or Water)
  • Lunch ($7.00 per ticket) - 1 Hamburger, Chips, and a Drink (Bug Juice or Water)
  • Dinner ($10.00 per ticket) - Pastalaya, Salad, Green Beans, Drink (Bug Juice or Water), and a Treat for Dessert (Dinner Cost capped at $30/household.)

You must bring your own mess kit to Avondale Scout Reservation for meals.  We use a three bucket system for cleaning after your meal is complete.  Please remember to include utensils and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

All "Youth" and "Adults" attending must have a current Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A & B.  This is necessary to document the current health status and medications, if any, that the Scout or Scouter is taking.   This form should remain with the Scout's family.
