Cub Haunted Weekend

All of the ghosts and gouls cannot believe it is already time for Cub Haunted!

Join us Oct 27-29 for a fun filled weekend at Avondale Scout Reservation which includes:

  • Mad Scientist STEM Lab

  • Pumpkin Chunkkin' Contest

  • Bobbing for Donuts

  • Haunted Trail

  • BB Guns, Archery & Wrist Rockets

  • Costume Contests, and more!

For this cub event, pay only for the first 3 participants of this cub event ($90 total), so when you register each individual, please make sure to click carefully to be charged correctly.  To do this, fill out the name and information for 3 family members with a $30 fee.  For the next 3 family members (up to 6) use the selection marked Free.  Late registration ($20 per participant) starts on October 9, 2023.

Registrations include dinner Saturday and grab and go breakfast for Sunday.  We also have the option for a hotdog/burger lunch on Saturday for an additional $7 per participant.  This meal will be either 2 hot dogs/1 burger (your choice), chips, and a drink.  If you would like to purchase meal tickets, check for the "PRODUCT" section on the bottom of the check out page.

You must bring your own mess kit to Avondale Scout Reservation for meals.  We use a three bucket system for cleaning after your meal is complete.  Please remember to include utensils and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Registrations will be corrected if not charged properly.  Please note that youth must have an adult registered to attend this event.  Individual youth reservations are not allowed.  Our pricing program is geared for families up to 6 in total.  Please contact info@iacbsa.org if you have registration questions or a family larger than 6 participants.

Did you see that we have t-shirts available?  Our 2023 Cub Haunted T-shirt will be available for preorder now through October 1st.  All t-shirt orders made after that date are not guaranteed to be filled before our event. If you would like to purchase t-shirts, check for the "PRODUCT" section on the bottom of the check out page.

All "Youth" and "Adults" attending must have a current Annual Health and Medical Record parts A & B.  This is necessary to document the current health status and medications, if any, that the Scout or Scouter is taking.   This form should remain with the Scout or Scouter.

Additionally, please complete and turn in at the registration desk the one page "Medical Screening Checklist Fillable" form.  This form is downloadable and found below.

We look forward to seeing you at Avondale Scout Reservation on October 27-29 for this great event!
