ADVENTURE PASS

After several months of conversation with our volunteer leaders throughout the Council, we have changed our 12-month registration fee to include participation in most of the Scouting events in our Council, referred to as the Adventure Pass.

Commencing from 7/1/2024, the registration fees are as follows:

• Youth Annual Membership: The fee is $150. This includes insurance coverage and the ‘Adventure Pass’, which grants access to a variety of events (Cub Haunted, Spring Cub Family Campout, District Derby Day <Pinewood and Raingutter – same day>, Scout Skills/Webelos Woods, Camporee and Activity Weekend at Avondale.) 

Please note that this does not cover food for events, t-shirts, or extended camps like Summer Camps or Winter camp.

• Adult Registration: The fee remains at $85.

Upon payment of the membership fee, which can be done annually from the date of joining or upon completion of registration renewal with the rest of the unit, the following benefits are covered:

Scout Skills (4th/5th Grade) October 11-13 Adventure Pass
Cub Haunted 10/25-27 Adventure Pass
Winter Camp 11/23-26 Not Included in AP
LSU Merit Badge Day 2/22 Not Included in AP
Cub Family Campout 3/21-23 Adventure Pass
District Derby Date varies by District Adventure Pass
Cub Scout Day Camp Date varies by District Not Included in AP

 

All events require online registration, even if it is part of Adventure Pass.

Out of Council participants will have to pay a fee for each event they attend.
